Even though it's already available for both PC and PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 users are patiently awaiting a "Care Package" patch for their version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Well, not to worry, folks, as it's on the way. The game's producer, Robert Bowling, confirmed via his Twitter that it has been turned in for certification to Microsoft, and should be released shortly.

Fix for "infinite care package" exploit.
Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry.
Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s.
Fixes to prevent various XP hacks.
