Hope everyone had a great President’s Day. However, just because it was a holiday doesn’t mean Nintendo took the day off. The company updated its Wii Shop Channel today with four new titles.
Leading the pack is Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice For All, Capcom’s latest legal adventure to be ported from the Nintendo DS to WiiWare. This time around, you’ll be able to use the “Psyche Lock” technique to help you solve cases, seeing through testimonials and attempting to prove your clients’ innocence. The game sells for 1,000 Wii points.
Also on the WiiWare front is Shin’en’s Art of Balance, a physics-based puzzle game featuring 100 different challenges. It costs 800 Wii points. If you’re looking for something more strategic, CALARIS’ WarMen Tactics is the way to go, with plenty of action-packed excitement to go around. Both games cost 800 Wii points.
Finally, on the Virtual Console front, Sonic and Knuckles is available. This Sega Genesis classic is still a lot of fun, enabling you to play as both characters as you fight the vicious Eggman. It does use the same lock-on technology as the Xbox Live version, so if you purchased previous Sonic the Hedgehog games, you can boot those up and include Knuckles. It costs 800 Wii points.
